I doubt you have both you probably have an overgrowth of bacteria which is similar to it and it happens to people with tmau so it's pretty normal. It sucks but a lot more people than you think suffer with this. I know I havn't met another person with this condition but they're out there. I would advise you to go on low choline diet and take some Antibiotics with it. My smell has decreased also with tmau diet and I suffer with sweaty fecal Body Odor which can fill up a room pretty sure it goes far past 20 feet away.
