stumbled upon it while doing some research on thyroid stuff awhile back...took a bit of reading and asking questions....started with lugos now do idoral ... but i am so glad i did ...even with "hell weekend" ...i do know this too shall pass....only one crying spell today getting there baby steps

and thanks to all the great folks here who have helped along the way...
