What a great find, Wombat. I read about the benefits of gelatin many years ago, then came the fear of it (due to "prions" in JCD) The gelatine capsules are often replaced with cellulose these days. Pity; my youngest one loves chewing on the empty gelatine capsules I have in my cupboard; I have often stopped him taking to many! -Guess he knows what he needs.

I will try; just for sciences sake; take gelatine daily for a month and see. I wanted to try glycine; I see now it can be done a lot easier with gelatine.
