I read your post corresponding the goodsamaritan about eating raw meat. Do you have any recipes or ways that you can share or teach me how to eat raw meat? We like beef but just don't know how to eat it raw to get the benefits of enzymes in the beef. Eskimos eat their meat raw, but they know how and we don't and it's really hard to get truly, clean organic raw meat in California simply because you really don't know how long the beef has been out.
