Heys Uny, everyone else :)

It's clear to me that my adrenals are a bit compromised right now. I am going to be doing nearly everything Uny suggested to me:

Starting IF 1 and 2
Kidney Cleanse/Liver Cleanse
Walking
Hot/Cold Showers
Foot/Hand reflexology
Skin Brushing
4 cups juiced veggies/fruit
Super food
Raw Foods (lots of fruit, oat groats, seeds, honey)

..and I'm looking into ashwagandha.

Is there anything else that you'd recommend for someone with adrenals fatigue issues? I'm also getting kava in my order from uny.

Any ideas? Thanks guys.
