Then how come if you leave fruit in the fidge it gets moldy a lot faster than fat or protein. Coconut oil can sit on the shelves for years and not collect any mold. You leave berries in the fridge they get moldy in no time. Seems like the fruit+vegetable fiber provides a good harbor for mold and fungus. I always see mold gowing on the skin of fruit+veggies, but never see mold growing on oil or fat.

Whenever I ate fruit (even) on a empty stomach the candida sits right in the duodenum ready to ferment the sugar and plant cellulose. Ive read that fungus makes cellulose enzymes to convert it to sugar. Thats why wood rots! Fungus ferments the wood fibers 44% (cellulose) and converts it into energy for itself.

Fruit might work for people that have mild candida. But people that have complete dysbiosis-the fruit will feed the candida in the intestines before it can even reach the blood. The key is to avoid fermentation. Candida likse to ferment certain plant fibers, just ike friendly bacteria does. Its not just a sugar issue. Candida can not ferment fat or protein, thats why meat can stay in your fridge and not collect mold.  Bad meat will collect bacteria but not fungus.

If I eat fruit or starchy veggies my stomach bloats up like a fermentation factory.
