I dont tell unless I am asked. That happens quite often these days, LOL ; what do you do to.., how do you manage to..?
-then I tell them the secret about fluoride contra iodine.
Most cannot assimilate more than 5 minutes of information in the beginning. They are stunned, they shake their head, no it cannot, yes it can, Oh I have had that..
-Brain fog is a big obstacle.
After a few months of Iodine they can handle half an hour of information, yes even an hour. They ask questions, they investigate, they think for themselves again...

I read about Iodine at earth clinic first time, I was looking for the ultimate candida cure at that time. Took some time to get my first bottle; if you try to buy Iodine at a local pharmacy here they ask what you are going to use it for + then recommend NOT to use it. (according to my cases) later they bought it at aquarium shops just to avoid these questionings!
I looked at my Lugols bottle (with a skull warning on, "corrosive liquid"); for a week or two before I took the first drops.
Taking a "chemical" like this was not at all me at that point.
I should have joined this group before I did (after one year on Iodine) that is my only regrets.
