Ok well do what you please, but if you really search for those who have CURED themselves, they have eaten fruit. Even ask Dr. McCombs on here about fruit. I also have made so much progress by eating vegetables, fruit and meat(mainly fish and chicken), while also getting in the sauna every day and exercising. I also take Triphala and Formula SF722.

Also to those who have reactions to fruits, it is probably because fruit is so cleansing that it creates a die off effect. For example lemons give me he greatest die off but they have no sugar... mhmmm. Just really reconsider the no fruit thing. Because fruits are essential and provide tons of vitamins, minerals, and probiotics.
