it was a strange event for me. nothing really changed but i felt such resolution. i believe these are stored emotions in the liver and Iodine makes them slippery and they work their way out. more of our brain is in our guts than in the two hemispheres in our head. the stress of the toxins in our environment has become debilitating. Iodine helps that a lot.
