thanks Andy...im going pushing through...cant believe it took me so long yesterday to pinpoint it...figured i needed to emotional detox too...just up the Iodine and forgetting supplements so threw me right into a downward spin...head is a little clearer today though i could burst into tears at any moment...think it is cycle time too boot lucky me :)
