Most here have gone through the same thing. Relax and be patient. You can back off Iodine for a week or two or push forward. I walked around in a fog, I felt hungover, my wife was crying, my boys were throwing fits. If I recall it lasted for several weeks. It seems like so long ago now. We are all completely "iodinated" and all of those toxic side effects are a distant memory. Hang in there, and watch for many more bad toxic side effects. It is so amazing to be on "this side" and you will one day forget the dark side.
