well i cant stand meat! i will never go back to eating cow or pig of any kind. i can however add fish becasue jesus did eat it.i never was a big fish eater. i take fish oil supplements now. i really cant see how meat will help me. our bodies wwere not designed to eat meat period!
i really think that soy could be the culprit since thats when i started eating it!
there have been numerous reports about it also , so i will try to eliminate soy and gluten from my diet and see if that helps. taking meds isnt going to solve the problem! just mask it.....
