I'm so glad you feel better:) It sure is helpful to get that sludge out, whenever we can! I understand about doing too many enemas (and in confined spaces!) and I do believe that the IF1 and 2 will work wonders for you:)

I'm wondering, can you keep a brita water filter handy for your enemas? I'm thinking out loud, not knowing what kind of filtered water you normally use! I just know that if money is tight (and you don't have access to a distiller yet) a brita is better than nothing!

There is a good and cheap distiller that a few members of this board currently use, and are satisfied with. Let me know if you would like the link and I'll look it up.
