I have done enemas... but don't like to over do them. To be honest, I KNOW that what I described is going on because everytime I do an enema (tap water, 1L) and expel the sludge, I feel 10X better, like right away. I'm just afraid of over doing it and giving myself an electrolyte imbalance.

Should I be worried about this? I use half the 2L enema bag and then expel most of it. Make sure not to do more than one per day.
