I do appreciate this information. Right now I can't have grains which is difficult for my husband and myself (middle eastern decent) but with his high triglycerides and my bottomed out thyroid and insulin on the rise that is just the way it is until we get a handle on it. I'm praying we have wonderful results as you did with the flushing......tomorrow night will be our first!!! Thanks again, and God Bless.
