i am going to try it with 20 muleteam from the gubmint store, i mean walmart. i will let you know.

get only selenomethionine for the selenium. i think 400mcg the first year is a good idea. i used to take a lot more than that but got saturated and didnt like the results. 400mcg is safe as heck and go down to 200mcg later. dr olree recommends 200mcg to his patients but he doesnt do the high Iodine supplements.

you could get your borax from mountainrose like gina said. see those posts down a ways on this page.
