Hey, when you're very sick youself and have someone else that's very sick, PRINT OUT THE INSTRUCTIONS here. Print out what's most important to you. Refer to them often. We all know what the brain fog and fear is like.

Somehow, a hard copy of the inportant instructions were easier for me to memorize so I kept them with me and keep reading them w/o having to bring it all up on the computer and sit here and look through all the posts all over again.

I got Doc's CD and kept listening to it over and over. I got something new out of it every time I listened to it. Got his books, too. Same, same with those.
