Is this a good way to kill candida? by CGally81 ..... Candida & Dysbiosis Forum

Here's what I'm doing.

I'm taking probiotics, and eating a strict sugar-free diet.

Here's what my diet consists of:

Sunflower butter (I pour my probiotics into it and take them that way, as it supposedly helps them reach the intestine better - and it has tons of fiber)
Popcorn (no butter or anything like that - has tons of fiber)
Almond milk (at times, and unsweetened)
Eggs (many of them, when I have them)
Hamburger (frequently, and no bun, only the patty)
Brown rice (generally with the hamburger)
Brown rice cakes (at times)
Chicken (every day)
Potatoes (ONLY OCCASIONALLY)
Coconut oil (every day)

I also take a multivitamin - Rainbow Low Men's One. It has a small amount (25 million) of Lactobacillus Sporogenes/Bacillus Coagulans, which is a potent probiotic that kills candida (Threelac is known to have 500 million of it, for instance), and it also has a vegetable juice complex (kale, spinach, dandelion greens, beet) as well as saw palmetto and lycopene (from tomato).

Is this alone enough to help the candida slowly go away? When I take things that have powerful die-off, I'm not happy with the symptoms such as increased hunger that I get. I already have abnormally high hunger (I need to eat like 3000 calories to make it through the day), and I've had powerful die off when taking things like, say, bacillus coagulans (5 billion) capsules.

So how is this diet? Should I add something to it, or will it slowly kill the candida over time for me? Is anything in it feeding the candida?
