I know this is an old post, but if you are still battling pinworms, here's how I got rid of them:

Albendazole and Ivermectin (research ICU's postings for details)
Previous to that, I took multiple doses of Resees's pinworm med, it didn't cure me but I don't think it hurt. I had a major infestation.
Natural laxatives to keep things moving
Enimas daily

I don't know what I would have done without ICU and the others that take the time to post!
