Hi-You're allowed to eat two hours after taking the fourth dose of Epsom Salts to make sure that you get rid of all the stones, according to Dr. Clark. Just wondering, did you automatically start reintroducing food or did you break a few days for your fast? Hope that all goes well with your fasting/flushing! :)
