Well, the first thing to do would be to read through the thread above and see if you have any other questions - it seems to me your question has already been "asked & answered".

If you have liver/kidney compromise, your body can't fully convert 'skin sunlight' to Vitamin D adequately...so be sure to take care of that, if needed.
