You are still young! I started when I was 67 and now am 70. Got rid off the brain fog, allergies etc. And stopped my 3 anti-depressants I had for 15 years.
My problems were my whole life and you can't expect them to be gone quickly. I personally are not much for supplements, I try to cleanse and improve my lifestyle. And if needed will add supplements.
Most of my adult life I used dexedrine (diet pill) for energy, I was always in a fog otherwise.
