Since they list "yeasts, sugars, fruits, etc." You can be almost sure that they talk about actual sugar. And perhaps honey, maple syrup etc.
Fruits have way more Sugar than vegetables and if they were talking about Sugar as part of fruits, vegetables etc. why would they list it "sugar, fruits"?


Sugars are carbohydrates and if You want to avoid all carbohydrates (sugars) You can only eat protein and fat.

They meant actual sugar.
Of course You could call and make sure....
