It's likely caused by candida. Keep in mind that candida symptoms vary tremendously and no 2 people will have exactly the same ones. If you try a candida treatment, then the rash would likely go away.

It's also possible that candida is caused by heavy metal problems. This is especially true if you have (or have had) silver fillings, which leak mercury into a person. Even if you replaced them, the mercury will remain until it's cleaned out. There are other heavy metals (lead, for example) and other sources of them. It's possible that this is a widespread, but mostly unacknowledged problem.

I would suggest you find out more about both candida and heavy metals and make your own judgements.
