What do you recommend to me so I can sleep better and feel more refreshed upon awakening?

I would have gone mad without sex/self-gratification as it helps me sleep although I completely understand what you are saying in that it is damaging to the adrenals.

I just want to sleep properly. I've noticed eating and drinking sugary stuff has a much worse effect on me than orgasming but I concede both are damaging.
