I did not have much bromide symptoms in the first 2 years of iodine, then in the last months of the third year it came full strenght..
I have taken very little Borax the last year, only for maintenance; like once a week or even less this autumn.

Last weeks I have upped the intake to almost every day and the bromide symptoms are fading.
What if Olree is right; "Boron affiliates with the amino acid serine the way bromine does. Therfore, a suppressed boron level causes loss of control over serine. The loss of control over serine equals loss of BROMINE control."

-maybe thats why my cases have had relatively minor bromine symptoms... as I next to always give both Iodine and borax ?
