Calcium makes me bloated--i think because it acts as an antacid--not recommended--on another website it says candida uses calcium to shield itself?

I stop taking magnesium because it irritates the gut=creates more mucus--when i took higher doses it burns coming out.

However i do epsolm salt baths-Magnesium sulfate baths. The sulfate seems to help detoxify.
