Hello, I really need some opinions on my latest thyroid and hormone results. Ive been told everything is normal, I struggle with weight loss, have low energy, find it hard to concentration, and can’t sleep.

Ft4 13.8 (9.0 - 25)
TSH 2.10 (.5 - 5.0)
Ft3 4.4 (3.5- 6.5)

Oestradiol 707pmol/L
Progesterone 43.4 nmol/L

Ranges - Luteal phase oestrogen (210-775) progesterone (10-70)

Dhea 8.6 (1.6 - 9.6)

Also I have a small prolactin secreting tumour, prolactin levels are elevated. The endocrinologist I saw doesn’t believe it is causing any problems with my thyroid. And believes my estrogen levels are very normal and that Im healthy. He also didn’t believe in calculating the ratio between the two hormones. Could someone PLEASE tell me if estrogen levels look high? Even tho they are still within the range? Could the lab range be too broad? I have had saliva tests done and my estrogen is elevated but the Endocrinologist and doctors I see wont look at saliva testing. Does anybody know what they should be for a 25 yr old female? Also has anybody tried acupuncture to help lower estrogen?
