LOL! A teenager on hallucinogenic coleus leaves! Just the thought...

How much licorice root would you add in with the coleus and watercress?

I do have calcium citrate- what is the best calcium:magnesium:D ratio for before bed? Is the DE in our water enough silica (along with the stevia he has in his food and tea all day)?

A couple of weeks ago, I had started giving him some calcium before bed w/ the only magnesium of the day...but did not increase that magnesium- could that be the culprit in his asthma kicking up and leading a cold to go into pneumonia? It turned in just 5 days. I know his adrenals are weak, but wondered if the magnesium drop could have tipped things.

Btw, the cocoa butter & avocado oil mixture is an AMAZING moisturizer. Thank you! And, if you can tell me where to get these things a little less expensively, I would love that.
