Good find! It agrees with my own research and experience with Magnesium. I find supplementing with magnesium whether orally or transdermally (magnesium oil or Epsom Salts ) worsens my yeast. Interesting also how this study found zinc kills Candida, because I get die-off like symptoms whenever I take zinc. Curiously, no-one else seems to report this.
