I'm not a sex addict or nothing like that. I only had sex about 4 times when i had high cortisol AF. The last time i had sex was my last hard crash that led me to have very low cortisol. I have not stabalized ever since that last ejaculation back in August. 6 months now, i didn't know any better. I thought like you, having sex relaxes me and makes me go to sleep easier. BIG MISTAKE. I would lay off the sex although i know others here do enjoy it regardless.
