The body's concentration of Iodine is one limiting factor in detox. So when you take a relatively large amount of iodine, a relatively large amount of junk in the body gets stirred up and excreted.

When you take a relatively small amount of iodine, a relatively small amount of junk in the body gets stirred up and excreted - and you probably won't even feel it.


Some people like to "know" its working, and take relatively large amounts to detox themselves from whatever....

Other folks get negative symptoms from such amounts. If I were one of them I'd seek out Jorge Flechas.

Or else I'd just take small amounts that didn't bother me much, and do it over a longer time frame.
