Other supplements:
Bye Lori Plus (the one w/out the fillers) is really the only thing I've taken through most of the plan (for the last month, anyway). I've taken a few specific things here and there (CoQ10, vit E, vit D) but not regularly. For a while, I was using licorice extract to help with Adrenal Fatigue. Toward the end of the plan, I went on Insulife-II (because I got a buy one supplement get one free from the company, so I thought I'd try it - no fillers in it).

As for food:
I enjoyed a variety of foods, but mostly I ate the same things rotated through each week with some variation. Breakfast was usually eggs (just over easy - not too much time in the morning), daily snack of avocado (up to 2 a day, at times), lunch and dinner were usually the same (one night's dinner became the next day's lunch). The crockpot became my friend. Favorite dish: ground beef or turkey w/trader joes salsa verde and fire roasted peppers/onions thrown in. Basically a ready-to-go green chili. Basically I used a lot of ground meat and sometimes fish with cooked veggies (broccoli, brussel sprouts, whatever I had in the house). I didn't eat too many raw veggies purely because I have oral allergy syndrome, so carrots, celery, green peppers, etc....all cause discomfort when raw. I did eat a good amount of salads though, especially while out at restaurants. Restaurant food for me was usually plain salmon or a salad. I stayed away from fruit for the most part, as I have some blood sugar issues. Here and there I had some blackberries, pineapple, or papaya. I fell in love with sweet potato crunchies in the oven (cut small and baked until crunchy), however, they could wreak havoc on my blood sugar too if I wasn't careful.

I didn't feel too limited or deprived, and I definitely didn't even feel a desire to eat bread or sweets at all.

I think that about covers it!
