Is this a joke or what?
Simple wake up and dont eat anything all day and go to bed early. Keep busy with whatever go for walk, watch a movie ,play video game, listen to music. Stay away from food and people eating for couple days if possible.And suck it up. After two or three days all hunger is gone.

And if you have to work hard job do juice not water.
