Do you take it with food? Maybe you might buy some from a different source / brand?

This is definitely unusual and does indicate a higher sensitivity of nerves to electrical impulse. I would wonder if there might be some problems with the myelin or something along those lines or possibly a mineral imbalance?

>- would it help to place the positive paddle directly over my liver? is that advised?

I have not seen any studies that would support or oppose this, but it does seem logical. My preference is still to use the pads and paddles together as it provides all over coverage.
