I find that present trouble with batterers, from the jr gang that jumped/robbed me a month ago, to the yelling woman at church who mistreats children with her bad mouth, constantly, when I confront these things, I get all kinds of trauma awakened inside of me! I keep forgetting, everyone doesn't go thru all of that! amazing isn't it? Exercise helps me be a LOT more positive, so in spite of frigid temps, I hope to get out, today. Comments welcome! constructive only, of course :).
