The whole Curezone motto "One disease, one cure" and seeking the simple way of nature is what I believe in.

All disease is caused by constipation, which is a word that is misunderstood by many.

I don't think psyllium is good (I think it can scratch the intestines). Colloidal Silver is also controversial and many on Curezone believe in it - but I don't. I don't believe in taking vitamins and minerals either. For me, I no longer listen to all the outside voices, but look to my own inner core and listen to what I feel and "know" intuitively to to be true.

You might also want to have a look at Barefoot Herbalist forum. I have found more truth there than from a variety of holistic practitioners. I felt like I had found the Mother lode when I found MH's forum. Again, what he says is controversial to many. I think that's because he tells us how our beloved habits (mainly what we eat and drink) are causing our own demise.
