Hey Mo, I appreciate all of your advice, but I am disabled and in a great deal of pain all of the time, making it impossible to follow your protocol. I wish I could give it a try...Some of your advice I already follow, like not wearing clothes 2 days in a row and how to launder. Thanks so much Dessau
