Funny I was just looking at my face in the mirror 10 minutes ago and I was marvelling at the bromide zits under my eyes. they came on in full force a month ago when I started taking some of trappers 2% and SSKI internally, I had been taking 50mg Iodoral all along and putting a lot of trappers stuff on dermally.

Yesterday, I decided to try a couple of drop of 5% Lugol's because I have never taken it before internally. A couple of hours later a yucky headache came on and my neck got really stiff, I did several salt pushes and no change. then I decided to take some SSKI , two drops and the headache was better and then two more and it was gone. Whatta ya make of that?
I have some ideas but interesting eh?

I also feel like i worked out yesterday and I didn't. My right Quadracep was really bothering yesterday too. Body Odor and cloudy pee.......
