hello all.

i read a lot about the health benefits of green tea. since long i'm interested to take green tea daily for detox.

I have tried it many times but every time i get nausea and big headache from it. Soon after taking green tea, i feel absolutely great, but a little while later, i get sick and it lasts for a long time.

Is there any way i can avoid this sickness?

Anyone has experience with this?
