Yes, it does. But it got to be a longer WF.... 21 days at least. I got a "rebirth" after 28 days.

I know what you mean, unfortunately. I understand where are you coming from. I have been there.

You should plan some activities beforehand: uplifting readings, movies, or any other activities that you are able to enjoy, cause it will be a test of your character.
