I don't like Stevia, I am trying to get used to it, but really dislike it. I saw this product today in FoodWorks and thought I'd try it if it's safe. I don't see why it wouldn't be. It also comes in a syrup, but I think it's even sweeter. It didn't taste at all like cocunut either, but even if it did, I love cocunut. I eat the raw unsweetened flakes a lot.
