I notice it has been nine months since you last posted and perhaps you have already solved the problem. I have several suggestions.

One is to check out The Body Ecology Diet by Donna Gates. She has a website by the same name. It involves removing all Sugar from your diet and following her principles and suggestions. She has helped thousands of people to heal from candida.

I am also a Type A person and Type A people tend to have slow digestive systems, so that would contribute to constipation. I am doing a liver cleanse and it is so far it is helping loosen up my bowels. My best recommendation is to check out Donna Gates. Her protocol focuses on health but by re-establishing a healthy inner eco-system, you will find that you also lose weight.
