My hormones are also a mess. I'm 19 months post -- was having fairly regular periods for about 6 months, but the last 2 have been light spotting only for about 2 weeks with only a day or two of regular bleeding. I was feeling pretty good before this, but now just feel foggy, crampy, and irritable all the time. Part of me worries that I am in premature menopause (I'm only 29) but the rest of me says that this will pass, like all the other Mirena craziness. I have also started developing ovarian cysts since Mirena, so perhaps this is playing a roll in my irregular periods?
