I take garlic pills since 2 years. Aprox. 2000 pills until now.
I stopped and kept on going.

I do think Candida becomes resistant to Garlic. Systematically, when i take garlic, i have always the worst die off reactions but no recovery signs. And it is like that since 2 years and a half.

I thought the worst i will feel and the quickest i will recover by eating Garlic.

NO WAY !!!

I only notice die off symptoms vanish after 3 weeks eating garlic. But no recovery signs.

I stopped garlic.

I think that echinacea, licorice, coconut milk are way more useful against Candida now. (on low carb diet with no stimulants.)
