This is to the kind person with great advice and to anyone with similar issues. After reading your post I ate some whey with Goat Kefir this was what was available right away. My pain has subsided as well as gut distress. I am still weak so I plan to take it slow and follow your suggestions as well as looking into getting colostrum, etc. Thanks!
