Chiron, I've never heard of wild yeast, can you tell me more please :)

I don't really have any problems with water fasting, although I have never done a Water Fast voluntarily, I have had a few times in my life where I fasted, but from simple lack of anything to eat, rather than choosing to fast. (I was very poor when I was a student, and often did not eat for days). I would go to the Buddhist Monks, and they would give myself and my daughter a meal, and I would work with them to pay for it.

The Monks were wonderful, and I am grateful to them.

You have a wonderful sense of empathy Chiron, this is a rare thing, and should be appreciated, (and I for one appreciate it very much).
