Will the coconut oil affect my cholesterol. My cholesterol is borderline high. As far as my weight, I'm actually a thin person naturally and still am. Just extra in the gut area. I'm so bloated. I keep trying to cut out sugar and carbs and do ok for the better part of the day but around 3 or 4 I get this uncontrollable urge to binge on sweets or bread. Then I get sooooo tired. I'm sure it all has something to do with the candida or parasites. Thanks for your reply. I can hardly wait to get started. Just ordered yesterday so it's a matter of waiting for it to arrive. :-)
