I don't think you understand

Trinity is a very unstable, disturbed person. Those kind of people often indulge in illogical, erratic self destructive behaviors

Also, he recently lost his ad sense account because of copyright issues. That caused the websites value to plunge. He to spend a lot more time and effort with individual ads

Those websites value calculators online are notoriously inaccurate. In fact, Trinity tried to sell the website two or three years ago for $250,000. He had exactly 0 takers. And that was when he still had his ad sense account
