I do not think it's as complicated as we think. I used to imagine all sort of recipes and dehydrating and so on, and that seems too much. Now I think much more simply about it. Anyway, enough food talk. That's for post-fast. One thing at atime, and then easing into the good. I wish you all the best!!!
